My Love: I have spent my life enjoying Nature in which I have discovered my rythms. My passion for music, yoga, poetry, vibrational healing, sacred sound, and dance all emerge from this place. spontaniously arising from each breath is life aknew. I have combined my life's work of yoga, energy medicine, indiginous studies and psychology, as well as Music to create an alchemical school called the Sound Body of Knowledge.
